# Privacy Policy **Effective date:** October 11, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains what information GamingVPN collects, why, and what we never collect. GamingVPN is owned and operated by Robot Mouse, LLC, West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA ("Robot Mouse," "we," "us"). It applies to the GamingVPN app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Silicon Macs (the "App"), the VPN service it connects to (the "Service"), and the website at www.gamingvpn.tech (the "Website"). By using GamingVPN you agree to this policy and to our [Terms of Service](https://www.gamingvpn.tech/tos/). ## The short version - **We do not log your VPN activity.** We do not record the websites you visit, the apps or games you use, your DNS queries, your traffic, or connection logs that tie your activity to you. - **The free version shows ads through Google AdMob.** To serve and measure those ads, Google collects device identifiers, basic usage data and IP address. This is the only tracking in GamingVPN. - **Premium subscribers see no ads,** so this ad data is not collected for them. - **Payments are handled by Apple.** We never see or store your card details. - **We do not sell your personal information.** ## 1. What we do not collect GamingVPN is a privacy tool, so we keep the VPN itself as blind as we can. While you are connected, we do not collect, store or log: - Your browsing history or the websites you visit - The apps, games or services you use - DNS queries - The content of your traffic - Your originating IP address in connection with your VPN session - Connection timestamps or session logs linked to you To route your connection, our servers must handle your IP address and traffic while you are connected. This happens in memory only and is not written to logs. We may record aggregate, non-identifying figures such as total bandwidth or the number of active connections on a server, so we can manage capacity. ## 2. What we collect, and why ### 2.1 Advertising in the free version (Google AdMob) GamingVPN can be used free of charge in exchange for watching ads. The ads are provided by Google AdMob. When ads are shown, AdMob may collect: - Device identifiers, including the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA) if you have allowed tracking - Information about how you interact with the App and with ads - IP address, device type and operating system version Google uses this data to serve, limit and measure ads, and, if you allow tracking, to personalize ads. Before any tracking takes place, iOS asks your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your advertising identifier. If you subscribe to Premium, ads are removed and this ad data is no longer collected. ### 2.2 App diagnostics We receive basic, non-identifying diagnostics, such as crash reports and general usage statistics (for example, how often the App is opened). We use them only to fix bugs and improve performance. ### 2.3 Your email address, if you contact us No account is required to use GamingVPN. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to reply to you. ### 2.4 Purchases Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and tells us only whether a subscription is active so we can unlock Premium. We never receive your name, card number or billing address from Apple. Apple's handling of your payment data is covered by [Apple's Privacy Policy](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). ### 2.5 The Website The Website does not require you to provide any personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for a short period to keep the site secure and running. The Website may set cookies that are needed for it to function. ## 3. How we share information We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share information only with: - **Google AdMob**, as described in section 2.1, for users of the free version - **Apple**, for App Store purchases and app distribution - **Infrastructure providers** that host our VPN servers and Website. They operate the hardware we run on and do not receive logs of your VPN activity, because we do not create them. - **Legal authorities**, only when a valid legal request requires us to respond. Because we do not log VPN activity, we have no record of what any user did while connected and cannot provide one. - **A successor company**, if GamingVPN is sold or transferred. The new owner must handle your information in line with this policy. ## 4. How long we keep information - VPN activity: never stored. - Support emails: kept as long as needed to help you, then deleted. - Diagnostics and aggregate server figures: kept only as long as useful for maintaining the Service. - Ad data collected by Google: retained under Google's policies. ## 5. Security Connections between your device and our servers are encrypted. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but collecting as little as possible is our strongest protection: data we never collect cannot be leaked. ## 6. Your choices - **Limit ad tracking:** On iPhone, iPad or Mac, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for GamingVPN (or for all apps). - **Remove ads entirely:** Subscribe to Premium. - **Stop all collection:** Delete the App. - **Access or delete your data:** Email us at the address below. ## 7. Your privacy rights Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and certain U.S. states such as California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access, correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its processing, and to opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising. Because we hold very little information that identifies you, the most effective controls are usually the ad settings on your device. Requests about ad data held by Google can also be made directly to Google. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (for personalized ads), on performing our agreement with you (to provide the Service), and on our legitimate interests (to keep the Service secure and working). ## 8. International users GamingVPN has servers in several countries, but Robot Mouse is based in the United States and any personal information we hold is stored in the United States. By using GamingVPN, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States. ## 9. Children GamingVPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. ## 10. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use GamingVPN after a change means you accept the updated policy. ## 11.
