Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Robot Mouse, LLC (“Robot Mouse,” “we,” “us”), the owner and operator of GamingVPN. They cover the GamingVPN app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Silicon Macs (the “App”), the VPN service it connects to (the “Service”), and the website at www.gamingvpn.tech (the “Website”).

By downloading the App or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use GamingVPN.

1. The Service

GamingVPN provides an encrypted virtual private network (VPN) connection between your device and our servers. It is designed to help protect your privacy on public and private networks and to provide a stable connection for gaming, streaming and browsing. While connected, your traffic is routed through our servers and websites see one of our server IP addresses instead of yours.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GamingVPN. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use GamingVPN only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Free access with ads

GamingVPN can be used free of charge in exchange for watching ads. Free access may be limited in time, server choice or other features, and we may change how free access works at any time. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium removes ads and unlocks full access to the Service. It is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly subscriptions. Current prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you of any price increase as required by its policies.

5. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and only Apple can issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, visit Apple’s refund request page. If you have a problem with the Service, please email us first at info@gamingvpn.tech; we are glad to help.

6. Lifetime and promotional access

Lifetime subscriptions are no longer sold. If you purchased a lifetime subscription in the past, it remains valid for as long as GamingVPN is operated by Robot Mouse, LLC. Lifetime or extended access given free of charge through a promotion or giveaway is valid for two years from the date it was granted, after which a paid subscription is needed to keep Premium features.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use GamingVPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

  • Break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Transmit, receive or store illegal content, including any material that exploits children
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights
  • Hack, probe, scan or gain unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Distribute malware or launch denial-of-service or other attacks
  • Harass, threaten or harm others
  • Interfere with the Service or other users’ use of it, or resell or share access to the Service
  • Cheat, or break the terms of service of any game or platform

We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these rules.

8. Your responsibility for local laws

VPN use is restricted or prohibited in some countries. You are responsible for making sure your use of GamingVPN is legal where you are. Using a VPN does not exempt you from the laws that apply to you or from the terms of the games, apps and websites you use.

9. Service performance

We work to keep GamingVPN fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee any particular speed, ping, latency, server location or uptime. Performance depends on factors outside our control, including your device, your internet provider, network conditions and the services you connect to. Server locations may be added, changed or removed at any time. GamingVPN can help protect your privacy but cannot make you completely anonymous or protect you from every online threat.

10. Third-party games and services

GamingVPN is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform. Game titles mentioned in the App, on the Website or in our App Store listing are trademarks of their respective owners and are named only to describe compatibility. We are not responsible for third-party services, including Apple and Google, which are governed by their own terms.

11. License and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the App, except where the law expressly allows it. The GamingVPN name, logo, App and Website content belong to Robot Mouse, LLC.

12. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Robot Mouse, LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its maintenance or support, or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Termination

You may stop using GamingVPN at any time by deleting the App and canceling any subscription in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

GamingVPN is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robot Mouse, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use GamingVPN. Our total liability for any claim relating to GamingVPN is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Robot Mouse, LLC from any claims, damages or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use GamingVPN after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
